Good morning oats:
-soak gluten-free oats with 2 parts egg whites overnight
-heat up all lazy in microwave in morning after Crossfit WOD
-sprinkle coconut flakes and strawberries on top
-scoop a motha scoop of almond butter into the mix
And savor your Tuesday.
Repeat tomorrow…except swap out the wall balls for some squats and the rower for some burpees.
Hey there pumpkin (eye wink, ass grab)
Greeting myself solo on this Sunday morning translated for the need of a comforting beginning. Yoga followed by ginger tea with honey and a smoothie. I refuse to get sick. I refuse to act according to the lower fall temperatures. I refuse to let that damn expensive VitaMix sit lonely in my cupboard without too many days in between uses…


(+ a hunk of frozen strawberries clumped, stuck, and hard onto each other)

(a spoonful of pumpkin makes my world a happy place)


Sip, spoon, sip, spoon, refill with rest of mixture from blender, and head back to bed baby.
I don’t mind that I skipped through leaves in my running pants and long sleeves this morning- I’m freezing my brain with a smoothie. Just for kicks, I threw in pumpkin purée so there is a hint of autumn inside.
- 1/2 can pumpkin
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 packet chocolate vegan Plant Fusion protein powder
The results taste like Neapolitan ice cream.
